How long are standard processing & shipping times?
All products are made to order and will be processed & shipped within 1-5 business days. Tracking information will be sent via email during that time window.
Holiday Season Shipping: Orders may be delayed during holiday peak periods due to high increase in package delivery & mail volume. To ensure your order arrives in time please select expedited shipping and make notes during the order process or contact us on our contact form on our “Contact Us” page. natural products that have been used for thousands of years across many cultures are more beneficial to our bodies than artificial ingredients & products. Missing order, Damaged order, or Unsatisfied with order?
All orders are insured up to $100 through USPS. If your order is over $100 and you would like additional insurance coverage please make a note at the time of your order or enter your information in our contact form on our “Contact Us” page.
If you have tracked your order and it can not be located, your order was never delivered, or your order was damaged during shipping, please file a claim with USPS under your tracking number. If USPS fails to resolve the issue please contact us by entering your information in our contact form on our “Contact Us” page, and we will assist you further.

Are Essential Oils harmful to babies?
All expecting & lactating mothers should consult their doctor before use of any essential oils and essential oil based products. There are very few scientific tests that have been done surrounding pregnant women, babies & essential oils to deem it completely safe for use as of now. However, there are natural approved baby products on the market that contain essential oils. It is best to consult your primary care physician for your individual health needs.
Do you have sensitive skin or are new to using essential oils?
(All standard products not including pain relief creams are 2% essential oils.)
Patch test: Apply product to inner wrist, if no reaction occurs within 60 minutes the product is safe to use. For external use only.
Can Essential Oil products be used in place of pain medication?
